Be Informed When You Buy The BurnoX, BurnoX Plus, and BurnoY models feature 9 mm, 12 mm, and 14 mm ropes, weighing 0.5 lb, 0.9 lb, and 1.3 lb, respectively. This range allows you to choose the appropriate weight for your desired workout intensity.
